She has been drafting major business and commercial agreements to support the formation and the expansion of group of companies operating in e-commerce, digital marketing, e-health, technology development etc. She has been also handling projects for clients undergoing assessment of compliance to the GDPR. She has been providing legal consultation to digital transformation projects, while she has been involving with projects of technology transfer and R&D collaborations for leading Greek companies & organizations.
