Penny Kontogeorgou brings over two decades of experience in e-Business and ICT Law. As a Partner at ZK Law, she advises national and international corporations on large-scale IT projects, digital transformation strategies, and compliance. Her expertise encompasses IT & Cloud Computing, Data Protection, e-Commerce, Digital Platforms & Marketplaces, Digital Marketing, R&D Collaborations, and Technology Transfer.
Beyond her legal practice, Penny serves as the Head Legal Officer for a multinational corporation operating a Metaverse Art Platform.
