On 23 September 2020, ZK Law Firm Partner, Mina Zoulovits, spoke at the 9th e-Business Social Media World Conference on the topic of: “The era of omnichannel customer service: How GDPR and the recent legal trends in consumer protection are affecting the legal framework towards a customer-based approach”. The Conference was held under the auspices of GRECA, the Greek eCommerce Association

Mina unfolded a series of legal issues relating to personal data protection & management on the era of omnichannel customer-based approach. Based on the case study of loyalty programs, light was shed on considerable legal aspects of customer service approaches when businesses attempt to enhance costumer engagement via multiple channels.
